Depth over breadth — one topic, studied properly
Rataqyo started in 2018 with a straightforward observation: most customer service training covers too much ground too quickly. A 1-day workshop on complaint handling, conflict de-escalation, and service recovery cannot do justice to any of them. So we built programmes that take a single topic — say, managing difficult conversations — and spend 4 days on it, covering theory, practice, peer review, and live case analysis.
Participants come from 38 countries and attend either live-online or asynchronously. Sessions run in cohorts of 16 to 24 people, which is small enough that every participant gets direct feedback from facilitators. The work does not stop at the seminar — each programme includes 3 weeks of structured follow-up exercises.
- Each session opens with a real service failure case — participants analyse what went wrong before any framework is introduced
- Structured peer discussion takes up roughly 40% of each seminar day — participants from different industries compare how the same problem manifests in their context
- Written reflection assignments are submitted between sessions — facilitators respond with individual comments, not automated scoring
- The final day is reserved for application planning — participants leave with a written action document for their specific workplace, not a generic certificate

Lead Programme Director"Most people leave a training day with notes they never read again. We designed Rataqyo so that the hardest thinking happens during the programme, not after it."
Rataqyo programmes draw participants from retail operations, financial services, hospitality, and public-sector contact centres. The mix is deliberate — hearing how a bank handles a complaint differently from a hotel gives both sides something concrete to reconsider.
