By creating an account, enrolling in a seminar, or otherwise interacting with the Rataqyo platform, you enter into a legally binding agreement with Rataqyo under these Terms of Use. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective upon posting to the platform. Continued use of the platform after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to register for and use the Rataqyo platform. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. If you are accessing the platform on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Account Creation

To access certain features of the platform, you are required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep this information up to date at all times. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account suspension or termination.

3.2 Account Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at help@rataqyo.com if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account. Rataqyo will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

3.3 One Account Per User

Each individual may maintain only one registered account. Creating multiple accounts for any reason, including circumventing restrictions or accessing promotional offers more than once, is prohibited.

4. Platform Services

4.1 Description of Services

Rataqyo provides an online learning platform offering seminars, structured educational content, discussion tools, and related resources focused on professional development, including customer service topics. The specific features and content available to you may depend on your subscription plan or enrolment status.

4.2 Availability

We strive to maintain continuous availability of the platform but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any inconvenience or loss resulting from platform downtime.

4.3 Service Modifications

Rataqyo reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the platform or its services at any time, with or without notice. We will make reasonable efforts to inform users of significant changes in advance where practicable.

5. User Conduct

By using the platform, you agree to conduct yourself in a manner that is lawful, respectful, and consistent with the educational nature of our services. You agree not to:

Use the platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose
Upload, share, or transmit content that is defamatory, abusive, threatening, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any individual or organisation
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform, other user accounts, or related systems
Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the platform or its servers
Harvest, scrape, or collect data from the platform without prior written authorisation
Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform in any manner not expressly permitted
Reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any platform content without authorisation
Engage in any conduct that discourages others from participating in the learning community

Rataqyo reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate action, including account suspension or termination, against any user who violates these conduct standards.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Platform Content

All content available on the Rataqyo platform, including but not limited to seminar materials, videos, written resources, graphics, logos, and software, is the exclusive property of Rataqyo or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership rights over platform content.

6.2 Limited Licence

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Rataqyo grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform and its content solely for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or publicly display any platform content without prior written consent from Rataqyo.

6.3 User-Submitted Content

If you submit, post, or share any content on the platform, including comments, discussion contributions, or feedback, you grant Rataqyo a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content in connection with operating and improving the platform. You represent that you have all necessary rights to grant this licence and that your content does not infringe any third-party rights.

7. Payments, Enrolments, and Refunds

7.1 Fees

Certain seminars and platform features require payment of fees. All applicable fees are stated at the time of enrolment or subscription. By completing a purchase, you authorise Rataqyo to charge the stated amount using your selected payment method. All prices are displayed inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes as indicated at checkout.

7.2 Billing

For subscription-based services, fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis according to the billing cycle you select. You are responsible for ensuring that your payment details remain accurate and that sufficient funds are available. Failure to complete payment may result in suspension of access.

7.3 Refund Policy

Refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis and subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of purchase. Unless otherwise stated, digital educational content that has been accessed or downloaded is generally non-refundable. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact us at help@rataqyo.com within 14 days of the transaction date.

8. Privacy and Data

Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the platform, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. We encourage you to review the Privacy Policy carefully before using our services.

9. Third-Party Links and Services

The platform may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Rataqyo. We provide these links for convenience only and do not endorse, monitor, or assume responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party services. Your interactions with third-party services are governed by their respective terms and policies, and Rataqyo bears no liability for any harm or loss arising from such interactions.

10. Disclaimers

The Rataqyo platform and all content and services provided through it are offered on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Rataqyo disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Rataqyo does not warrant that the platform will be error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Educational content provided on the platform is for informational and professional development purposes only and does not constitute professional advice of any kind.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Rataqyo, its directors, employees, partners, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the platform, even if Rataqyo has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In no event shall Rataqyo's total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising under or related to these Terms exceed the total amount paid by you to Rataqyo in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or the amount of fifty euros (€50), whichever is greater.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Rataqyo and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the platform, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

13. Termination

13.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at help@rataqyo.com or by using the account deletion feature if available within the platform. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of any fees already paid unless otherwise specified in our refund policy.

13.2 Termination by Rataqyo

Rataqyo reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account and access to the platform at any time, with or without notice, if you are found to have violated these Terms, engaged in conduct harmful to other users or the platform, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases immediately.

13.3 Effect of Termination

Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual property rights, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification obligations, shall continue to apply after termination.

14. Governing Terms

These Terms represent the entire agreement between you and Rataqyo with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings relating to the same subject matter. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

The failure of Rataqyo to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
