Structured tiers for different needs

Each tier covers customer service in full — the difference is depth, pace, and the level of instructor access. Choosing between them depends on where you are now and how much you can commit weekly.

Feature breakdown, plainly stated

The table to the right shows every feature across all three tracks. A tick means the feature is included in full — not a partial version. Where the Advanced track shows a feature the others do not, that reflects a structural difference in the programme design, not an artificial restriction.

The 1-to-1 instructor sessions in the Advanced track are 45 minutes each and scheduled individually. They are not available as an add-on to the other tracks — the programme structure around them is different.

All three tracks include access to the participant forum for 3 months after the programme ends. Certificates are issued within 5 working days of the final submission being assessed.

What participants observed about the tracks

Aoife Brennan Customer support agent, Dublin Core Track

The written exercises were more demanding than I expected — each one required you to analyse a real-style interaction, not just describe what you would do in theory. Six weeks felt tight but workable. I needed about 5 hours per week to keep pace without rushing the reflective parts.

The 1-to-1 sessions were where the Advanced track actually differed from anything I had done before. My instructor reviewed a real audit I had carried out at work and pointed out 3 specific gaps in how I was framing feedback to my team. That kind of precise input is hard to get anywhere else.

How participants across all tracks rated key aspects of the programme — based on end-of-programme responses from the last two cohorts.

Content relevance 4.6 / 5
Live session quality 4.4 / 5
Instructor clarity 4.7 / 5
Workload manageability 4.1 / 5

Ratings reflect participant responses from 2 completed cohorts across all three tracks. Individual experience varies depending on prior background and the time committed per week.
